All Work completed by Lea Nicole Photography is copyright under United States Law. Watermark removal on images is highly prohibited, unless given permission by Lea Reinholz.
Raw images will not be given out, and further edits may not be done by client once the gallery is sent to you.
Use of these images on Social media pages is very appreciated, this is one of the biggest ways business will grow!
Editing
All sessions will have a sneak peek posted to Facebook and sent to you the day of your session. This generally consists of 2-4 photos.
Mini sessions: The time frame for mini session edits are a max of 2 weeks from the time of session.
Regular sessions: for these sessions is a max of 3 weeks from the time of the session.
Methods of Distribution
Your images will be distributed to you by a link that will take you to your online gallery.
You will then be able to download your images to your computer or any other device.
From there you will be able to print the pictures, wherever you would like!
If you would like a flash drive of your photos, I would be happy to provide you with one for an extra fee
Cancellations &
Rescheduling
I understand that life will occasionally get in the way, and that you may need to reschedule. If you chose to reschedule, I will try to get that appointment scheduled for the time of your choice, but I cannot always guarantee that to be available. I will try and get you in at the soonest available Appointment.
Cancelling your appointment completely without rescheduling, will result in a cancellation fee. This will be charged to the card that was on file.
After two cancellations with less than 5 hours notice, I reserve the right not to book you again.
Weather
Since we live in the good ol' state of Wisconsin, we all know how unpredictable weather can be sometimes. I watch the radar very carefully on session days. If there is rain/snow an hour before your session, I will send you a message and we will discuss what the next steps will be, if we want to reschedule or if we want to brave the weather.
Please dress for the weather, as we will be out in the elements. If the weather is below 45 degrees, we will reschedule the session. If the weather is non contusive to us, my studio is another great option to get great family photos and be warm at the same time!
My least favorite thing to have to do as a business owner, so thank you for being kind and understanding when it comes to this issue.
Sickness
In light of recent events in the world, I have to have a stricter policy on this, as I have an auto immune disorder that makes me more susceptible to sickness.
In the event that you or your child has a contagious illness including but not limited to Covid, Influenza, Whooping Cough, Pink eye, hand foot & mouth or RSV - I ask that you contact me to reschedule your session.
I appreciate this, because not only do I have other clients, I also have a family and work with kids for my other job.
Your Session will be transferred to another day, without a penalty, as long as a 24 hour notice is given.
No Shows
Again, I get that life happens and things come up - but what I expect is that you will call me to let me know that you cannot make the session, so I am not wasting my time.
In the event that you No call / No show to the appointment that you booked - You will be removed from Lea Nicole Photography's Business page and will not be booked with again.
If you are 15 minutes passed your session, and have not shown up or called, this will also be considered a no show. Any down payments or sessions payed in full will not be refunded, or transferred to another session.
